Hi,

What operating system are you using?

Twain drivers are only available for Windows PCs, not for Mac computers as an example.

Thank you... I am running Parallels on my iMac., creating a virtual Windows operating system.  Do you have any suggestions?

Try installing the HP Full Feature Software on your Windows PC:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL51217/bi-124140-4/OJ8620_198.exe

Be aware that full functionality such as Twain is supported on Windows 7 or later versions only, not on any earlier versions such as Vista or 7.

Additionally, it may work and may not work on Parallels, consider the fact that the software was not designed and tested on virtualization environments such as Parallels or VMWare, it may work and may not work on a such.
