How do I set my printer defaults so that it NEVER EVER EVER prints double sided?  Even if I un-check the print double sided box, if I then adjust the additional settings (specifically if I select that I am printing on photo paper) it reverts the double sided back to on.  I have ruined countless sheets of glossy photo paper and it is so frustrating.  None of my previous Envy printers did this and I have looked all through the system settings trying to find a way to disable this extremely annoying "feature." 

I am NOT looking for a way to turn it off on individual documents, I already know how to do that.  I want to turn it off forever. There is zero chance I will ever want to print double sided. 

I am on a Mac running Ventura 13.6.1 and it slightly concerns me that the autofill for this question stops at Mac OS 10.  If there is a more updated forum to post the question in please direct me there.
