How do I print offline with HP 3755 printer?

Need to set my HP 3755 printer to print offline.  Help please.

Check Printer Connection: Make sure your printer is properly connected to your computer via USB cable or is on the same Wi-Fi network if you are using wireless.

Enable "Use Printer Offline" in Windows:

• Open the Control Panel on your computer.
• Click on 'Devices and Printers' or 'View devices and printers'.
• Right-click on your HP DeskJet 3755 printer and select 'See what's printing'.
• Click on the 'Printer' menu in the window that opens.
• From the drop-down menu, select 'Use Printer Offline'. This will put a check mark next to the option, indicating that the printer is set for offline use.

Enable "Use Printer Offline" in macOS:

• Open System Preferences and select 'Printers & Scanners'.
• Select your HP DeskJet 3755 from the list on the left.
• Click on 'Open Print Queue'.
• Click on 'Printer' in the menu bar and select 'Use Printer Offline'.

Ensure Printer Has Documents Queued: When your printer is set to offline, it will only print out the documents that are queued in the print list. Make sure to queue all documents you need to print while the printer is set to offline.

Printing Documents:
