Error Code 0XB80DF048
My printer displays the error code shown above.
I have tried a reset procedure for this device I found online after searching for this error code. There was no specific posting on this error code, but resetting the device required it to be powered down, unplugged, to have both cartridges removed, plugged in again (directly to the wall, rather than through a surge protector, if I understand correctly) and turned on again.
I purchased the printer on the 16th of Novermber and it arrived on the 23rd. Initially, the printer worked correctly until I attempted to add it to my Wi Fi network, at which time the error first appeared.
The error code is still displayed and I can not use the printer
Please let me know how I can restore this device to its fdactory settings.
Regards

I need these instructions too. I purchased a used HP 5542 and they were on Intant Ink. I turned it off and I keep getting meassages to set it up again. I do not print enough to make that program cost effective.
