My office jet pro 9015 wireless settings have been disabled. I have tried downloading update firmware, drivers, resetting from printer trying to reset from app and nothing is working. How do I establish wireless on printer. Last month was one year of me having this printer. It should be this difficult to figure out how to reset printer factory settings or be able to speak to someone. Need help immediately to continue working.

there are 8 of us that need the factory reset -- please post it so all of us benefit from you time and effort. Thanks in advance - this is directed at HP not the other customer who is screaming like the rest of us

Hi @Pwcarswell,
I'd like to help!
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
