Same here. Ditto need instructions. I was online with two different HP tech people for over two hours and finally had to go. I prefer to just read the directions on my own time if possible. I also have a HP 9015.

Hello Jay_G24.  I would appreciate reset instructions as well.  I have an OfficeJet Pro 9015, which I print to from both a Windows 10 desktop and a Windows 11 Laptop.  All printing is done through the LAN, which the printer is connected via an Ethernet cable.
