Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When attempting to do a partial clean I followed the instructions to get to the preboot menu.  Once there I have been unable to open the Administration menu because there is a password set on that menu.  The person that set the printer up is no longer with our company and is ignoring phone calls.  How do I reset the preboot password on a Laserjet M607dn?
