When I try to scan documents into my email, which I have done multiple times a day for the past 4 years, it is suddenly giving me an error message saying "Username or password is incorrect. Ensure both user account and password are valid". I have never set up or used a password. Nothing has changed. How do I reset or bypass this, to scan documents to email?

Hi,

Please clarify what email service you use with the printer, this is likely due to security changes of your email account, either intentionally or not (may happen due to email service changes, etc.).
