I to have recently had this issue where my cartridges stopped working. I have used these for months without issue and if i cannot get a resolution will be tossing this.

please advise how to roll back the firmware so that they dynamic security is not active. I did not agree to having this when i purchased the product.

I see that you are looking for help with rolling back your Printer firmware.

 

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to roll back the firmware update once it has been updated to the latest version on your printer.
