How do I set printer to automatically print b&w in draft mode & have selection e set to plain paper

How the hell do you change settings so each time I print i don't have to change it from color to b&w, change from high quality to draft and most annoying, change from glossy paper to plain?

I've gone thru everything And even called HP but they said it can't be done And I must change every tkme
