Hello,
Hope you are well, normally its recommended to use Adobe reader PDF or Adobe PDF software or similar to get the configuration, set up the printer paper settings from the printer screen, go to the printer screen and select paper set up from the main options, select tray 1 legal / plain - tray 2 letter / plain , then on the computer, open the document and go to settings, and use the following options:
