Hi @bobo09,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
To stop the "Order Ink Now" pop-up window on your HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer, you can disable notifications or adjust the settings in the printer software. Here's how to manage or disable the pop-up:
1. Disable Notifications from HP Smart App
If you are using the HP Smart app, you can turn off ink-related notifications:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer.
- Select your printer from the home screen.
- Navigate to the Settings or Preferences tab.
- Look for a section called Notifications.
- Disable notifications related to ink, toner, or supplies.
2. Disable Notifications from HP Support Assistant (Windows)
If the pop-ups are coming from HP Support Assistant, follow these steps:
- Open HP Support Assistant.
- Click on the Settings icon (usually a gear symbol).
- Under the Notifications section, uncheck any options related to "Supply alerts" or "Order ink now."
- Save the changes and restart your computer.
3. Disable Ink Alerts in Printer Software (HP Printer Assistant)
If you're using the HP Printer Assistant software, you can disable ink level alerts:
- Open the HP Printer Assistant from your computer.
- Go to Estimated Ink Levels or HP Utility (Mac).
- Look for an option like Advanced Settings or Notifications.
- Disable or uncheck the option to show ink alerts or order ink reminders.
- Apply the changes.
4. Turn Off HP Instant Ink Pop-Ups (if applicable)
If you are subscribed or once subscribed to HP Instant Ink and it's causing pop-ups:
- Log in to your HP Instant Ink account on the HP website.
- Look for Notification Settings under your account settings.
- Adjust or turn off notifications about ink replenishment.
5. Uninstall HP Software (Optional)
- As a last resort, if the notifications persist, you can uninstall the HP software or apps related to ink monitoring, though this may limit some functionality. You can still print without the software if the drivers are installed correctly.
- If you are not comfortable doing that, I recommend you contact phone support.
Once you've followed these steps, the pop-ups should stop, allowing you to use your printer without interruptions.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
