Hi @Jimforts

You may need to install Full driver software for your printer.

Please install the next driver for your printer in Windows:

Officejet 8020 driver for Windows:

Thank you. I downloaded the pack but it would not install. The screen just stayed blank. To be more specific, I have a DeskJet Pro 2028e on a Windows 10 platform. Will be switching to Win11 soon on a new system.  This seemed to happen after I was prompted to download a new driver from my HP Printer Dashboard/Tools. Thanks

Hi @Jimforts

Ok, if you have a Deskjet 2820e then download the next driver:

  • Deskjet 2820e
