My printer diagnosis says there is nothing wrong with my printer, but it won't print. I need to speak with an agent to get a new computer

I am a little puzzled by your post. Without specific details, I am left wondering the process that led you to believe you need a new computer? Perhaps you can provide details about the challenge you are facing with your printer and computer in hopes that one of the experts here can provide some guidance.
