How do I trick hp smart into finding this printer?

I have my printer on the same network as my computer, but my hp smart app can't find the printer. What do I do?

I see that the HP Smart app is not finding the printer. Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

If the issue persists, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing. Open File > print.
