How do I turn the camera back on?😊

Hi all,

I cant access my camera? The error I am getting is saying that the camera is reporting that it is blocked or turned off by a switch or button. For the life of me I cannot find that switch or button on this laptop. I have lost access to windows Hello and every other camera related thing. 😊😊

I would be very grateful for any help. As you have guessed I am not that computer savvy.
