Hello,
You will need to follow the instructions below to solve this issue:
- On the front panel of the printer, click four times on the location of the back arrow
(the arrow being inactive).
- A hidden menu will appear, click Support menu.
- Scroll down to Reset Menu, and validate with OK.
- Scroll down to Semi-Full reset, and validate with OK.
- The printer will shut down, please restart it.
- Please reconfigure the printer.

Thanks so much for your help.
After unlocking and partial reset, I can't seem to lose the message "One or more cartridges are missing or damaged..." This began to appear once I installed a new compatible cartridge. I checked the pins and everything looks ok. Any suggestions? Thanks again.
