I only encountered this circumstance after download of latest App - no problem in past.

I ultimately solved by a "redo" of Network Settings and reentering my PW. 

HP in future within Smart notate that the Admin PW is typically user's Network PW or if same does not work employ as I did.

A simple tutorial as part of Advanced Printer Settings would be useful for guidance on such items (which initiated my circumstance) as where do I ... (mine was setting the HP Clock to computer".
