I was trying to pair my printer to my computer and a pairing code popped up on the printer screen. It told me to go to a web address and enter it, but nothing ever came up to show where to put the code in.

Hi @McFarland11,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry, but I don't have specific instructions for entering a pairing code related to HP printers. However, for issues like pairing codes not working as expected, I recommend checking the following general steps:

HP Smart App: If you're using the HP Smart App, make sure it's the latest version. This app often provides an interface for entering pairing codes or proceeding with the wireless setup.

Network Connection: Confirm that your printer and computer are connected to the same network. Sometimes, network issues can prevent the correct webpage from loading.

Retry the Process: Restart your printer and try the pairing process again. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
