Product: HP ENVY 6455e

I need to find a correction for error code: UA_500_EB000U0415 so I can complete the set up of my HP ENVY 6455e printer/scanner. 

I have tried the listed suggestions from the HP Smart, online HP support and those suggestions that I was allowed to do. 

I am using a HP laptop running on Windows 11.

I have updated drivers and fixes from HP sites.
