Hi! @JayUK10, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you would like to know how to disable HP colorlok pop notification on your PC.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?
Please share the printer model name and the operating system you are running on your PC to assist you better.
Check the ink levels on your printer and replace the low, empty or faulty ink cartridges.
Remove, inspect, then reseat the ink cartridges
If you continue to face the issue I recommend you follow the below steps.
- Open the Devices and Printers folder, right-click the HP printer, and then select Properties.
- Click the Device Settings tab.
- In the Installable Options section, set Printer Status Notification to either Enable or Disable.
- Click OK.
