Product: HP Smart Tank 7605 All-in-One

Bought a new Smart Tank 7605, and in order to complete the setup I had to install a firmware update. This was over two hours ago, and the touch screen is still displaying the "Updating from software or embedd.." message. I am concerned that it has hung during the update as the text is no longer scrolling along the bottom of the touch screen

 

How long should I be waiting for the firmware to update? And what are my options here if it has hung or frozen during the update?
