Hi @Jaxjeepguy09,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To factory reset your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 printer when it doesn't have dedicated wireless or cancel buttons, you can follow these steps.
- Touchscreen Interface: The OfficeJet Pro 9018 typically has a touchscreen interface. Start by powering on your printer.
- Access the Setup Menu: On the touchscreen, locate and access the Setup menu. This is usually represented by a wrench or gear icon.
- Restore Defaults: Within the Setup menu, look for an option that allows you to restore or reset the printer to its factory defaults. This option may be named differently depending on your printer's firmware version, but common names include "Restore Defaults", "Factory Reset", or "Reset All Settings".
- Confirm Reset: Once you select the factory reset option, the printer will ask for confirmation to proceed. Confirm your choice to initiate the reset process.
- Wait for Reset: The printer will now reset itself to factory settings. This process may take a few minutes. Once completed, the printer will restart.
- Setup Again: After the reset, you will need to set up your printer again, including connecting it to your network and installing any necessary drivers on your computer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
