Welcome to the HP English Community --

There is more than one model in this series.

Oddly, even though the user manual for both the "dn" and the "dne" (HP+) model includes a reference to ePrint, the series is not listed in  HP Printers - Mobile Printing Solutions Compatible with HP Printers

----------------------------------------------

Side Bar

Even stranger, "e" models, that is, HP+ models normally support Print Anywhere after having joined (accepted) the HP+ service contract.  No mention of this in the "dne" user manual.  ??  True - this does not apply to you because you don't have the "dne" model printer - mentioned only as FYI for those reading.

Dragon Opinion

ePrint -- If you find the ePrint setup as described in your user manual -- is the "old tech" remote printing solution.

ePrint is not Print Anywhere - different animals - ePrint does provide remote printing service as described in the user manual and in the ePrint how-to document:  HP printers - Print with HP ePrint

Listed as Supported for the HP LaserJet Pro 4001dn

Mobile Printing CapabilityHP Smart App; Apple AirPrint™; Mopria™ Certified

This list does not include remote printing (ePrint or Print Anywhere) --

The Mobile printing options refer to printing (and possibly scanning) using a supported mobile device, running a supported Operating System / version, and both device and printer are on the same network.

Links to HP Smart, AirPrint, and Mopria are included later in this message...
