How are we supposed to get help from HP when their lame virtual chat assistant can't even understand a basic question sufficient to triage the question. It's bad enough that HP won't provide telephone support to paying customers; now they're too cavalier and/or cheap to provide even live chat without first being hamstrung by their virtual assistant?  What the heck happened to decent customer service? The fat cats in the corporate office are still making large salaries but they sure aren't earning them!  I have been trying to chat with someone about a problem with the exchange they made for my defective printer.  There are no options in the virtual assistant to describe the issue, and even after logging in and providing my serial number and model number, HP keeps sending me in circles. Abysmal!  Shame on HP.
