I am facing INK cartridge incompatibility issues due to change in country/region.

My HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer was bought in USA in 2017 - The compatible ink Cartridge was HP-65.

I recently moved to India where the compatible ink cartridge is HP-803 since the region on my printer is set to USA I am unable to install and use the Hp-803 ink cartridge that is available in India rendering me not be able to use the Printer.

 

I am unable to get in touch with HP Support. Please help in resolving this issue

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
