Hi @cnb6h9k9pk,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To change the paper size for copying documents on the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125a directly from the printer interface, follow these steps.

Load A4 Paper:

  • Make sure you have A4 paper loaded into the input tray.

Access the Copy Menu:

  • On the printer control panel, locate the "Copy" button.

Paper Size Adjustment:

  • Press the "Copy" button to access the Copy menu.
  • Look for an option that relates to "Paper Size" or "Resize" on the display.

Select A4 Size:

  • Navigate through the menu options using the arrow keys or number pad.
  • Choose "A4" as the paper size.

Save Settings:

  • After selecting A4, press the "OK" or "Start Copy" button to save the settings.

This should adjust the paper size for copying to A4. If the options are not readily visible, refer to your printer's user manual for specific instructions.

To perform a factory reset on the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125a, follow these general steps. Note that a factory reset will erase all custom settings, including network settings, and revert the printer to its default state:

Access the Setup Menu:

  • Find and press the "Setup" or "Settings" button on the printer control panel.

Navigate to Reset Options:

  • Look for an option that says "Restore Defaults," "Reset," or similar. Navigate to this option using the arrow keys.

Confirm Reset:

  • When you find the reset option, press "OK" or "Yes" to confirm.

Restart Printer:

  • After the reset, the printer may restart automatically, or you might need to turn it off and then back on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate your effort
But your explanation does not apply to my printer
Because there is no screen in this product for settings, as in the explanation above
My product only has a small number screen to adjust the number of copies and show error codes

I sent you a picture of the button panel, which does not have a settings screen

I think factory reset is done by pressing two buttons together
But I don't know which button does the job

Only a screen for numbersOnly a screen for numbers
