Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015x Printer

Hi,

I need to complete the factory reset to default (Not Cold Reset) as I forget the printer web server password and need to change it. When I press and hold the "ok" button, it doesn't allow me to completer the reset factory default. If anyone has any suggestions, then please do let me know. Thanks for your time.
