I installed a firmware update but can't find a way to confirm that it was successful or that I now have the latest software and firmware. I have macOS Sequoia ver 15.3.1 and Chrome ver 133.0.6943.142

@hank33 There was a new firmware released on March 17th. It is possible that the auto-update function does not see it. It is also possible that it is not currently posted under the MAC OS, but is under windows. There was a revision released in early March that caused issues with printers generating a ER 11 code and refusing to recognize cartridges. The current firmware
fixes that issue.
