Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

I’m trying to connect my printer to my iPad via Wi-Fi, but hp setup is not in the list of networks, so I’m stuck. Both are online, but my iPad is unable to find the printer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reminders / FYI  (These are covered in the document.)

  • Switch on your location access on the iPad.  Printer is not Bluetooth but initial setup requires Bluetooth and Location are switched on.
  • iPad should be on the same network where the printer is connected.  That is, switch your iPad over to its wireless (as opposed to your Data connection).
  • Switch off VPN network.
  • Check that the iPad is running a supported Operating System version.

Thank you for your detailed reply, but HP-Setup is still nowhere to be seen. I have noticed that my printer is named on “my networks “. Should I do something with that?
