How to connect to wired printer not by wireless

I have an adapter that lets me connect my cell phone by c charge end to the printer which is the normal printer cable but I can't get the printer to accept the connection all it wants to do is charge the cell phone. Your software does not acknowledge that the printer is connected even though the cell phone acknowledges it's connected. I need a workaround or something thank you

This printer series does not support hardwired connection from the printer to Cell Phone.

NOTE: Printing with a USB OTG cable is not supported from an Apple or Windows 10 Mobile device.
