Your printer model doesn't store job history.

You can clear fax history.

thx..not using fax.
Via Mac desktop.

If I click Officejet6600>Window>Show Completed Jobs.
I see a list of old jobs w/no option to delete.
I can however delete history, if I “Add” a new printer every time.
Which is a hassle!

Anyone have suggestions?

or better yet, does HP have a printer that provides the 2 most basic privacy setting:

1."Prevent Future jobs from being Saved"

2."Clear All Printer History"

3."Clear Job History"

4. "Delete Job History"

etc...

Hello,

I understand you want to delete the completed job history for you Mac. The macOS interface does not allow you to delete the completed job history.

If you search online you may be able to locate a terminal command to delete job history.

Thank you for your help and clarifying a helpful fact; It is not possible to delete on a Mac.
I already found threads suggesting Terminal ("cancel -a -" and “cancel -a ” )
I tried them last week..but neither worked unfortunately.   ;-(

Any other commands?
