Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand you are trying to remove the printer from your HP Connected Account. Is that correct? 

 

Let's try these steps -

 

1) Login to HP Connected Account.

 

2) Look for the printer you would like to remove, scroll down and then click on "Change Settings".

 

3) Click on "Remove Printer" option located below the picture of the printer.
