HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 11

We have 50+ HP printers onsite and our IT team manages them remotely.

The HP PIN concept has proven to be a huge speedbump to our workflows and hinders our work.  What does HP recommend companies with many printers do to allow a team of remote technicians to service them if we the technicians are being asked to log in with a PIN each time?

We're having to maintain a spreadsheet of every printer and its PIN, which defeats the purpose of the security of PINs.

Why can't this be turned off?  What is HP telling their enterprise users on how to handle this?   We don't have to do this for our Ricoh or Brother printers, which are easier to use.  Maybe those are better equipped to service enterprise level?
