HP OfficeJet 5746 e-All-in-One Printer

I have outdated OfficeJet and Laserjet Printers. I want to dispose of the Printers by donating them to Goodwill or some other organization that can still use the printers and ink supply. Should I have a concern that the printers may contain any type of personal identifiable information on me after their use over the use like on the drum etc. There is no way to set the electronics back to factory setting that I can find.   So how do I properly recycle the two outdated printers and their remaining ink supply?
