How do a do a full factory reset on the LaserJet MFP M28-M31?  I can't set the printer up on a new wireless network.

Hi,

Try resetting the network settings and check for any difference then.

 

First, make sure there is no USB cable connected to the printer, then  reset the network settings:

Press and hold the Wireless button until the Attention light blinks (it should take approx. 20 seconds, do not release the button till the attention light blinks together with the power light). The printer might restart.

 

Next follow HP Smart to reconfigure the printer on your new network, as described within 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' below:
