HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer

So I have a 3-page PDF form for 96 owners whom will get a copy.

I want to print (and minimize the time) page 1 (1 sheet) and pages 2 and 3 on another sheet double-sided for a total of 2 sheets.

If I print normal order  I get pages 1/2 double sided sheet  and page 3 one side sheet.

Reversing the order alas I get page 3 one side sheet and pages 2/1 as double sided sheet.

Long way taking extra time would be to print  page 1 alone (96 times) and then pages 2 and 3 double sided another 96 times.

Any way to print In one go?

Thanks!

I may have misunderstood what you were trying to accomplish. Adding a blank page to the document after page one and duplexing everything would be another option, but it sounds like you figured out a solution.

Hi,

From the Printing Preferences screen select Print on both Sides within the Layout tab, then check the required binding for a Booklet printing:

This will print two pages per sheet on both sides as the illustrate shows.

Being on a Mac, only similar option is to select Print as Booklet but all this does is set 2 pages on one, side-by-side beginning with pages 1 and 2.

Guess I'll do it the "long" way.

Thanks ShlomiL

Easiest way would be to print a single sided page, reload the paper to print the second side. Simply select to print current page only so that only one page prints at a time.

So that would require 2 trips to the printer.

I simply unselect page 1 in the print dialogue, and print pages 2/3 double sided. Then, deselect page 2 and 3 to print page 1 single sided.

Thanks anyways, Repairatrooper.

Wait a minute..that's bloody brilliant, trooper! Slide in a blank page would yield exactly what I want. A little bit of work at first but printing is cut short in one go.

Thank you!!!
