Hi there,

 

I would like to downgrade the firmware of my HP OfficeJet 8012e. I cannot use any third party cartridges anymore, so I would like to downgrade the firmware to a version that does allow 3rd party cartridges.

Same problem here.

And it's also impossible to disable firmware upgrade.

 

The only solution is to recycle the whole printer and never ever buy an hp printer or laptop or anything sold bi HP again.

I have the same problem. I cannot print anything. I'll send to hp customer service a complaint form!
