My printer isn’t able to download drivers from the HP Smart app

Hi @sueyloo68,

 

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to use the printer with your iOS.

 

There are no drivers for iOS, you can use HP Smart or Airpirnt to print.

 

Refer to HP printer setup (HP Smart App) and HP printer setup (Apple AirPrint for iPhone, iPad)
