HP Color LaserJet 5550
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, I am new so forgive me any mistakes.

My printer is throwing the following:

Error: Job cannot be saved to the printer.

Reason: Sorting on the printer is not supported.

Solution: disable the option ' Mopier: Enabled' in the printer driver.

Google questioning results in the following on several websites the same: HP Color LaserJet 5550 series printer - When printing multiple copies, the message "Job cannot be saved" is displayed on the control panel or printed on the job save status page | HP® Customer Support

(Screenshot) For me, this error message is not visible when I select The Printer on my print server and like troubleshooting from HP.

Does anyone know this error and how to fix it?

Thanks & Greetings
