Darned if I can find the "Print Single-Sided or Duplex?" option or equivalent in my print dialog or anywhere else. Plenty of help articles from a year ago or farther back, but I've found nothing helpful re: OS 11.x + Office 365.

Mac OS = Big Sur 11.4 (updated at least 2 weeks ago, probably longer ago than that...)

Welcome to the HP support community

I understand that you are unable to change the duplex settings, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Which app are you using to print?

Try to print different types of documents and check if that print?

Meanwhile:-

Update Mac OS:-

  1. From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose System Preferences.
  2. Click Software Update.
  3. Click Update Now or Upgrade Now.

Refer to this HP document for more assistance:- Click here

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
