HP DESKJET F4583
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I have a printer HP DESKJET F4583 all in one since a while. It was working perfectly until 2 weeks ago, when you turn it on, copy or print anything, it was making a really annoying noise then continue the job. I wanted to fix it and I´ve been through some explanation about to reset it. I did and the noise stopped but since then, it keeps rolling paper like it´s warming up and stops in half of the paper. Try to run the hp doctor app to fix it, but now the computer can´t connect with it, always show a red cross on the printer status. try to uninstall and reinstall, same thing. It´s really getting me tired and i need to fix it to be able to use. Please anybody any help? I´d really appreciate because now i ca´t print, can´t copy, can´t scan....nothing works, just keep rolling, stopping. When you cancel the same thing happen over and over and over!

Thanks and My regards,

And Happy New Year btw

There is one pointy piece of the plastic part of the mechanic that gets broken and the printer takes one piece of paper and stops at half of the paper.

Open your cartridge access door and check is there pointy part, if you are unsure what are you looking take a photo of your printer interior and post here so we can see.
