HP Recommended
Product: HP Pro 8620

Printer HP office jet Pro 8620. Error message displays Printer Failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. 
I have already tried turning printer off and on and unplugging cords

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Printer Failure' Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
