Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

As I know that the HP Smart App is not suitable with Windows 7 - is there any "EXE" file avaliable to install the "HP ENVY Pro 6400" successfuly instead of the HP Smart App ... ?

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-pro-6400-all-in-one-printer-serie...


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
