Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP 6968 is working properly; I can print to it.

 

However, The application software for this printer will not install.  I cannot scan, check ink levels, fax, use tools, etc, etc.

Hi,

download only this software: HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories 

Then install the complete software.
