macOS 10.13 High Sierra

"Firmware corrupt Ready 2 download" printer message. Previously solved by turning printer on and off.  

Firmware ljM1536mfpfw_20140630.ENG.rfu downloaded to browser and saved to desk top

How to fix? Note Mac OS 10.13.6

Not sure if there is a MAC method to do this. I have only seen Windows based fixes posted by HP. The challenge is that you need to create a printer attached by USB, send the file to that printer and then keep changing the USB port on the driver until  you hit the one that the driver you created is attached to.
