HP LaserJet Pro M15w, new router since last used needing to install new toner cartridge. I was told may need to install driver update. I can’t get the printer to recognize the router. I only have an IPad and iPhone, no computer. I have IOS 18.3.1 and do not see that listed on operating system.

Hi @Valerie1911,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you have trouble connecting the printer to the new wifi router, let's perform a Factory reset on the printer, and it will help connect the printer to the new wifi router
Restore the factory-set defaults:
1. Open the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS):
2. Go to the Service tab.
3. In the Restore Defaults area, click the Restore defaults button. The printer automatically restarts
4. Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and check

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi @Valerie1911,
As I understand you want to know how to access the EWS page, please try the below steps to help you better
Open the EWS over a local network connection
If your printer is connected to the local network, get the printer IP address, and then enter it into a web browser on a computer or mobile device to open the printer homepage.
Make sure your printer is connected to the same network as your device.
Find your printer IP address.
HP Smart app: From the app home screen, click the image of your printer, and then click Network Information to find the IP address.
Printers with a touchscreen control panel: On the control panel, open the Wireless Summary or Network Settings menu to find the IP address.
Printers without a touchscreen control panel: On the control panel, press the Information button to print an Information Report, and then find the IP address on the printout. Printing reports from the control panel can vary by printer model.
Open an internet browser, and then enter the printer IP address into the browser address bar.
