I am looking to use the HP Smart Printing capability where a new printer is added to the printer list called "HP Smart Printing" and your print jobs are routed through the HP cloud and back to your printer. I've tried installing every piece of HP software I can find including HP Smart, HP Easy Start, full device drver webpack, the software from 123.hp.com, etc. Nothing actually installs the "HP Smart Printing" driver. Please advise how I can do this. Thanks.

Dragon-Fur - thanks for your response. I have a HP M130nw and am using Windows 10. I've been able to load the "HP Smart Printing" printer driver on one computer but have not been able to load it on another computer. I've installed all the software you mentioned. I'm looking for specific steps on how to enable it. In your response you have the following section:

  • HP Smart Printing – “Smart Printing” is a selection in the printer list when choosing the printer to be used for the current job setup.  For example, where supported for an InkJet printer, the feature is available as an enhanced menu in HP Smart >  More Settings

I'm looking through HP Smart and don't see a section called "More Settings." Could you provide screen shots on how to enable "HP Smart Printing". Thanks!

Hi - If there is no one on the community who can answer this, can it be submitted to HP for resolution?

I cannot answer whether another Community member, agent, or member can answer.

No, HP does not generally accept software configuration questions - if your printer is in Warranty, you can certainly submit a case to HP Support and see whether they will do so this time.
