How to install the HP Printer Assistant Icon on to my Desktop

I cannot get the HP Printer Assistant shortcut to work on my Desktop. It keeps taking me to my HP Smart Account.

Is there something i can do to fix this.?

Job type:   Using Printer Assistant icon shortcut on the Desktop

The Printer Assistant is primarily a container that is installed with the full driver printer software -

If your printer is a newer model and supports the new format Full driver printer software, then the Printer Printer Assistant is no longer part of the full driver.
