How to localize printer from US to UK

I have moved form the US to the UK and print cartridges are not being recognized. I'm told I need to localize my printer.

It's an HP DeskJet 2700e (serial number: [Personal Information Removed]). Neither of these are recognised when i try to add to my profile (either in US or UK)

Please help!

I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I have sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
